This latest digital surgery follows the pre-election interview the students took part in with Graig Meyer in October.

Via online conference, they heard Graig’s responses to questions about what President Biden will do for America, climate change, how America can unify, the situation in North Carolina and the death penalty.

Mr Gillan, Teacher of Humanities, said:

“It was great to have the opportunity to talk to Graig before and after the election. It was interesting for our students to hear about the impact of the election and ask Graig about his hopes for America's future. It was superb to see the students ask such thoughtful questions with such confidence.”

Wellacre’s co-curricular Politics Project students joined others from Hove Park School in East Sussex, St. Ninian’s High School in the Isle of Man and Aquinas College in Stockport and everyone enjoyed the fantastic opportunity.
