Medical professionals were on hand to talk about their roles and training, and then invited students to take part in medical tasks, such as microbiology, identifying diseases, and cancer cell research.

Mrs Siddall, Teacher of Science, said:

“The students really enjoyed having the opportunity to dress for the operating theatre and receive a plaster cast! This was a fun and interesting careers event, which provided an excellent opportunity for our students to hear from the medical professionals and learn about different pathways.”
