To start the day, the cadets enjoyed a presentation to give them a better understanding of the Army and the role they serve. Gunner Stevenson and Sergeant Bush also answered lots of questions and dispelled any misconceptions.

Following the presentation, the cadets formed teams to complete a series of interactive and challenging command tasks, coached by the visiting soldiers.

Each activity focuses on educating them about the Army as well as helping them develop in areas such as critical-thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, confidence and leadership.

The round robin of physical activities included 3-man skis, bridge-building and traversing, and moving and retrieving tires.

Finally, the cadets undertook Escape Room tasks which encouraged them to crack codes to complete the challenges.
