Careers Information, Advice and Guidance
Our Philosophy
Wellacre is committed to providing high quality Careers, Employability and Enterprise education for all our students. This is aligned to our vision of 'Working together to instill a sense of belonging for all so that every student thrives' and our ethos of 'Inspire, Achieve, Enjoy'.
We work with you and your son to find the best pathway for his future after his time here at Wellacre. This support is key to Wellacre's ethos and is in place from the very beginning of year 7 all the way through the KS4 options process and continues into making informed choices for employment, apprenticeships or further education.
We have three core aims:
• Developing students through careers, employability and enterprise education
• Learning about careers and the world of work
• Developing student career management, employability and enterprise skills.
We work towards these aims through each school year and both key stages.
