Congratulations on making the decision to join us.

We are delighted to welcome you to Wellacre and we are sure that you will find your time here valuable, enjoyable and rewarding.  

Over the next five years we are committed to building and maintaining a close partnership so you will feel part of the successful family that is Wellacre. We have a long tradition of excellent student outcomes and our students thrive as a result of our strong pastoral care.

We have high expectations of all our students.  We want your son to be successful in his studies and embrace the many wider opportunities that we have to offer.  The more your son is prepared to put into school life, the more he will get out of it. He will be given every chance to develop a wide portfolio of skills and experiences.

Your son’s approach to his learning, the grades he achieves and the standard of positive behaviours he demonstrates will only serve to enhance the reputation of Wellacre students within the local community. 

All our new students will be given the opportunity to visit us for a day in the summer term.  They will be able to meet some new friends in their form and experience a range of activities across the curriculum.
