It is our aim at Wellacre to provide a friendly and secure environment, a caring atmosphere, in which all our pupils are given the opportunity to develop their academic studies, creative talents and leisure interests to their full potential.

The education of our pupils is a continuous dialogue between parents and school, and we depend absolutely on everyone's support. Our Form Tutors and Learning Directors are always happy to assist you or answer any queries you may have. Please do not hesitate to get in touch. We also welcome visitors who are interested in our work and who would like to see the school in action during a normal day.

Wellacre Academy would like to congratulate it pupils in their endeavours in raising money for ex pupil PC Jon Ezards charity trek across the Sahara in memory of fallen PC Nicola Hughes & PC Fiona Bone. Wellacre Academy is also raising money for AfriTwin with Mr Howell, Mrs Nelson and a select group of Year 8's taking on the Krypton Factor assault course.
